EDSi were delighted to work alongside Urban Splash & WRW construction at this multi award winning redevelopment of the former Imperial Tobacco Factory which has seen this Grade II listed building being transformed into a stunning residential development offering residents’ urban living on the doorstep of the countryside and set in 10 acres of country park. The design led apartments sit over a private fishing lake, surrounded by mature countryside boasting apple orchards and cherry trees, nature trails, BBQ and picnic areas. There is also a private resident’s gym, allotments, boules court and onsite parking.
