The aim of Fire Door Safety Week is to help raise awareness of fire doors and the crucial part that they play within all types of Commercial & Public Buildings. In engaging and educating people as to the importance of correct specification, supply, installation and maintenance of fire doors, the campaign also helps draw attention by addressing issues such as poor installation & maintenance and the consequences which these can have.
Fire Door Safety Week is organised by the BWF (British Woodworking Federation) and their Certifire Fire Door Scheme. European Doorsets have full certification in supplying certified
fire doorsets under this scheme.
European Doorsets have an active direct involvement with the BWF.
