We are pleased to have recently secured the complete doorset and ironmongery package to The Westgate All-Through School in Winchester, Hampshire.

The new two-form entry primary school and nursery will be Hampshire’s first all-through school providing education for pupils aged 4-16. The new school will be situated adjacent to the existing Westgate secondary school and will be built on the existing site of Rotherly House, a former Boarding School. As well as refurbishment and redevelopment of the existing Rotherly House, there will also be construction of a New Build in order to house the extra 420 primary school places which the new school
will create.

90nr pre-hung doorsets are to be supplied in total comprising of both internal and external grade doorsets. The internal doorsets will be supplied paint-grade for painting
on-site, with flush beading to vision panels where required. All doorsets are to receive factory machining for all non-protruding hardware items along with the supply of
architraves and large glazed side-screens as a complete package. The external timber doorsets will be faced in an external grade primer for painting on site and will be supplied pre-hung in sapele frames with a number framed ledged & braced to suit the external cladding.

Both the internal and external doorsets will be supplied complete with ironmongery including anti-trap finger protection, emergency release hardware and external grade ironmongery.

The new Lower School is due to for completion early 2015.
