This contract was for the supply of all internal timber doors and frames to this prestigious 11 storey Thames waterfront development. Watermark Place is 525,000 sq ft of highly specified, flexible and efficient commercial office space in an architecturally distinguished new development in the largest area of open riverside space in the City
Doorsets were to various specifications, namely: -
• Riser doors – paint grade frames with Acrovyn, laminate faced or paint grade doors
• Toilet doors – European oak frames with matching veneered doors hung on concealed hinges
• General circulation doors - European oak frames with matching veneered doors on floorsprings.

We worked closely with the main contractor to accommodate their requests for phased handovers and to allow relevant areas of the building to be commissioned.
Most veneered doors were supplied with matching overpanels, using selected veneers to ensure the correct alignment of the doors to the overpanel above. A wide variety of Door sizes were specified with the majority over 2400 high with a large number having overpanels above this.
The whole project was supplied under our FSC certification to meet Client requirements.
