Our in-house CNC machines allow manufacturing techniques to work to tolerances of less than a millimetre. The CNC machines are utilised for a variety of tasks including:- recessing the hinges on both door & frame; morticing out for locks / latches; door closers; pre-drilling to receive handles; pre-drilling frames; recessing the door face for kick / mid rail plates; and fire identity discs.
